I have the same setup, 30's on a stock 1994. It only rubbed on a full left turn, which was remedied by moving my steering stop a few degrees. I lose maybe 3-4 degrees in my turn radius, but it doesn't rub anymore.

Unless your flexed. Forget it. Lol

I have a 99 XJ 4dr currently no lift sitting (and even a bit of sag in the rear)on a set of 30x9.50 REVO'S. as long as you are not wheeling it you will be just fine.
if you plan on wheeling it AT ALL your definitely gonna have to either trim it, lift it, or bump stop it to the point you would have NO up travel at all.

One thing to also remember just because they advertise as a 30" tire doesn't mean it is a true 30" tire. Most AT's are .5" smaller then advertised and MT's are usually .1-.4" smaller then advertised.

I agree with that. I had mastercraft courser AT's I got free from a friend before I got these REVO'S. the mastercraft's were soooo small compared to what I have now. I have no doubt they would fit stock.
my jeep had a BB on it for a while which is why it had 30's on it. I took the lift off last summer to sell it but couldnt get any decent offers. so I decided to keep it and figured what the hell and threw my 30's back on een tho it wasnt lifted yet.
hopefully if all goes well I will have atleast 3" of lift on my jeep by the end of the day saturday.

30"s on my 93 never rubbed... even when I tried to make them.. still nothing. It depends on your XJ... no one is the same. How much your suspension has sagged also has a lot to do with it.

I had the Revo's 30" on my XJ with the stock up-country. I put them on at about 58K and loved them until they were alittle over half worn. Out side/in side tread feathered badly. I wish I knew that before I put them on my Tahoe. Same thing happened to it. I never had any rubbing at all, but I had a 1" lift.
