I've been noticing a wierd wobble coming from the rear of the jeep. Or atleast I think it's the rear. It pretty much wobbles my *** in the seat at like 30-45mph. Tires are fine. Also at lower speed the front of the jeep feels like I'm on a road with like ups and downs in it at around 10-20mph. I need a front alignment done that ima hopefully do this weekend. Any ideas. The shocks in the rear are brand new as well. Thanks guys.

I be inclined to think a tire starting to separate, or otherwise out of round. Might need to lift it off the ground and spin the tire to see it, but that's what it sounds like you're describing.
Have you crawled under and checked over all steering, suspension and driveline components? Roomies wrangler had a busted upper control arm bracket that was noticed after purchase... It was a bit wobbly, ya might say. Good now, one off bracket, I think dude used 5/8" steel. Way over built but that's not a complaint..
