Wierd electrical issue

Wierd electrical issue
ok so first off my blinkers don't blink, they come on but they stay lit. Secondly, when i have my headlights on, my right hand blinker comes on (again still won't blink).
My hazards work fine

fixed...kinda
my main problem is fixed, I replaced the flasher, blinkers blink great
but when my headlights are on, the right turn arrow stays lit WTF

ok, NOW my headlights and turn signals work, but seemingly out of nowhere my taillights and dash lights no longer work when my headlights are on
