TPS or MAP. Your fuel pressure is probably fine. Check the pressure and check for spark first though (it's cheap). O2 sensors don't cause those symptoms.

So an update today, I opened up my airbox today in the light and see that the filter is full of oil, so i flipped it around for now, and it seems to be running great, but then again havent stressed her either.

I had a similar problem turned out to be my fuel filter, going up the hill took more fuel than going down, (going against Gravity) the filter was pretty clogged so i wasn't getting enough fuel to the engine and it was choking the whole time up the hill. (it also didn't want to get going when I would step on the gas on the freeway) probably on of the cheapest fixes suggested so far.
I have been told (In high school by my Auto Teacher) That it sould be changed 1-2 times a year.
