The upper radiator hose on our 2001 Jeep Cherokee makes some pretty torturous curves. I find looking online for a replacement there are two different hoses listed and I was wondering why, what's the difference between the two, and which one should I purchase? I want a factory similar one. Thank you.

There's one for AC and one for non AC. The AC hose is more "curvy". Other than that I'm not aware of any differences but I'm only familiar with the earlier XJs.
