I had the no spark issue on my heep ANSI replaced the crank sensor so now I have spark and it starts but it runs like garbage, it seems like it's not running on very many cylinders but ignition is new, coil is good, only thing I'm going to check after the weather gets nicer is see if the plugs are soaked because I really have no clue what else it might be

 

Check dizzy cap and rotor for ANY moisture

 

I did slight corrosion on rotor but that's it

 

any corrosion will make it run terrible in my experience.

 

Check for broken line to map sensor...
