could be condensation in the gas tank from sitting years ago ther was a product called dry gas dont no if its still around better than draing fuel, also if little brother put a lot of water in tail pipe could be packing in mufflers is saturated like a sponge with it causing white smoke issues . i would really keep agood eve on coolant level also
