Where is sensor for unlock signal from key fob?
1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport
The problem is the doors and the hatch constantly lock and unlock, even when the key is turned to the off position. I had to pull the fuse to make it stop, so I can't use the button on the key fob to unlock/lock the doors. Is it possible the problem might be the sensor in the car to which the key fob sends a signal to unlock the doors? If I can find it maybe I can disable it in some way, put the fuse back in, and see if that fixes the problem. Does anyone know where the sensor is located?

The module is in the overhead.
If you have an overhead console it's in there, if you don't it's in the dome light area. In either case, it will involve removing one of these items to acess the module.
