Default When my jeep warms up it starts sputtering

I have a 93 Cherokee (just bought) fuel injected. When it warms up I loose power and it sounds like it is back firing through a carbarator. Any suggestions? I have changed Distributer, cap, and plugs. Have new wires to put on tonight.
