Default Wheel won't go back on

Hello, I took my rear wheels off to replace the suspension and trying to put the wheels back on they don't fit. The wheel studs are somehow too close together now to put the wheels on. Never experienced this or heard of it before. Looking for help with why this is an issue. Thanks.

Figured it out. There were wheel spacers on it when I bought it. Haven't driven since due to fixing it. These wheels aren't original. They have a different lug pattern than stock so the wheel spacers have to be put back on for now for the wheel to go on. Should have checked that prior.

Ok.

I was gonna ask if the stud elf moved the studs how you got the brake drums back on.
