Comes out of the loom behind the a/c drier. Has the red slide lock on the plug.

Looks like the plug for the light that goes on the hood to light up the engine bay.

That's for the 3/4 watt engine bay light that lights up just enough so you can see the 3-4 inches of hood surrounding the light.
Very hand if you dropped something in the dark and it miraculously bounced upwards and got stuck to some 3M tape you happened to have right near the light for no apparent reason.

LED's are too mainstream. I just taped a lantern up there.

Waay too bulky. I just stuck a wick into my CCV line. I only have to refuel my 'lamp' every 6000 km.
