Ok, I've noticed it for a while and have no clue what it is, up top where an overhead console would be, theres like this half black sphere almost like a camera, i took off the panel over it and theres a computer chip inside with a wiring harness leading away. what is it?

If it does than the po didnt give us the remotes... i remember searching the vin, i dont remember seeing that on there
