Yes..

That is the very heart of the matter - Heat Dissipation - which is the primary function of a radiator. When all else is equal, the determining factor in heat dissipation is material density. The more dense metal will retain heat longer than the less dense metal will. Aluminium is a less dense metal than either copper or brass and will shed heat faster.

Also, from earlier in this thread, That copper is more expensive than aluminium is a non-sequitor, more expensive has nothing to do with how fast it will dissipate heat, only that copper is worth nearly twice as much per pound as aluminium. Copper and brass would work just fine in a radiator, but as a denser metal it will not shed heat as quick as the lighter, less dense metal will
