Are you sure you can just go re-program anyone's car? Most of those tuners have some kind of safety built into them so you can only do one car at a time. For instance, the one I had for my Subaru keyed itself to some code in the ECU that is unique to each car when you programmed the car. Until you "uninstalled" it, it would only work with that car. When you uninstall it it removed all the stuff it did and returns the car to stock, and then you can program a different car.

Superchips and the majority off the Plug in programmers are "VIN" locked and must be removed from the ECU it was flashed on. otherwise you just have a neat hand held scanner......

boy now im feeling dumb for that not coming to mind thanks i was just hoping it would pay for it self so i could justify the cost to the boss (the fiance') sorry about the dumb thread
