Default What would cause oil to leak Between Head and Block?

So I finally figured out my problems with my car. Oil is leaking between the head and the block all around the motor. The car actually still drives, runs, and idles pretty well until it gets warmed up or you give it a lot of power.

I know the motor is done, and im selling the car for cheap to get rid of it. Dont have time to mess with it.

But what would cause this? I doubt its the head gasket as the issue is all around the motor. The car has never over heated and it only has 185k miles on it (its a 1995).

Do head bolts go bad and stretch to that point?
