1995 Cherokee: Up under the bottom of the dash, (right below the ash tray), there are 3 silver things about the size of a golf ball, they kinda look like bicycle bells and they each have 2 tubes sticking out of them.

Anyone know what those are?

 

OK, it's a vacuum bell and tubes to open the fresh air vent that's controlled on the climate control.
