What size are the stock U-bolts?

Im swapping in S10 leafs tomorrow and I figured I get some new u-bolts since they are cheap enough but I dunno what size I need. Help?

It depends on which rear end you have. I think the 8.25's are 3" and the D35's are 2.75". Most "off the shelf" ubolts are way long so you cut them to fit after installation.

I have the 8.25. I measure it and it looked like 3" but the smallest i saw was a 3 1/8". The S10 pack in only an 1/8" thicker so I figure factory size will work fine.

HCCA, Im trying to get em before I pull the car apart.\

Also I was wondering what length. I know they are usually only threaded some so I wanna get somethin that will fit.
