Default What should the voltage for WOT be on the TPS?

1987 4.0L Renix Automatic

I've trying to diagnose a problem I've been having, so I hooked up an analog volt meter to my TPS to see it's smoothness. I noticed that at Wide Open Throttle, it doesn't reach the input voltage of 4.87. Idle is about .83V and it only gets to about 3.7V at WOT. Is this normal?

Not sure of the specs but that sounds close to the correct voltages. I don't think any sensor reaches the 5 volt reference voltage
