OK. I was wanting a Mustang GT and I found a place that seems to have a nice one for sell. But its just that they want to give me only 2500.00 for my jeep is that a reasonable offer.

2500 for your 96 xj? that's not bad, considering they still have to mark it up.

my buddy just bought a 98 for 2000, passed safety and emissions needing nothing.

well, if you don't want your superior jeep cherokee, and want to leave the great company of cherokee forum, then trade in your jeep for the stang and hope not to loose your license, cause we all know that a GT will only get you a speeding ticket.

just kidding, good luck.

trade ins are usally always lower than privat sales. they need to pay less than what they can sell it for.

Yesterday I bought a pretty nicee 96 XJ for $1300 from an older lady....it was a great deal, and 2500 trade in sounds very reasonable....you might be able to get 3000 if you sold it yourself unless it is outstanding.

Yea its has a 3" RC Series II Full Leaf Kit, and I have 188k on it, but its not the original motor. The Tires and rims and lift has about 600 miles on them.

sell your jeep to somebody then keep there phone # so they can pull you out of snow in the winter when that mustang spins all over

If you have the $ for both then it like the best of both worlds
