Default what relay is this?

95 Cherokee country.
went to autozone they had no idea went to the dealer they too had no idea.
there are no part numbers that are legible all I can make is maybe two 5's and an A

there are not the flashers on the fuse panel. so I am assuming this is the dual flasher on the transition year. is there a way to by pass it if I don't have the part number? I have no blinkers or hazards.

its off of the relay panel but not attached just 3 wires right before the actual panel

Somewhere there is a socket for turn signal flasher, hazard flasher or combined unit? What does your owners manual say?
