Default What part is this?

Below is a picture of a hose coming from the heater core i believe and turning into metal tubing, there is a filter looking thing with a vacuume hooked into it(which you cant really see in the pic, its below the black piece with the arrow on it circled in red). The hose(lime green line in the pic) had a small hole in it so i kept loosing coolant, so i tried taking it off and disconnected it from where it goes into the filter looking thing and the nipple broke off in the hose so i have no way of reconnecting a new hose. The hose coming from the heatercore/firewall has the lime green line on it and the filter thing is circled in red, where the nipple broke off. Can you get these at advance or auto zone? if so does anyone have the part #? thanks

Its the on off valve for the water to the heater core. When u turn on the hheater the vacuum switches a butterfly inside to open and allow hot water to the core.
