Ok, I checked that and the bottom plastic part was on top of the bottom metal piece. I bent it back up and now it does not touch. I'm going to go drive it now and see if it still makes that sound. Probably won't report back again until 2pm.

nice well thats the sound they make i guess. nice to not be able to hear it inside anymore.
