What kind of fuel injectors are these?
I did a 703 fuel injector swap on my 89 renix today (thanks programbo) and the injectors I pulled out were not what I was expecting. The injectors I pulled out have 4 holes in the nozzle and the only number on them is 927 that is stamped at the base of the electrical connector. There is another 3 numbers stamped on the body of the injectors but all six have different numbers but the injectors are all identical. The 703's made my idle alot smoother and im happy so far. heres a pic of one of the injectors I pulled out and id like to know what they are and what they came out of.

For 0-280-150-927 VW comes up allot. I removed info that might be incorrect.
OK, I looked. It's there for VW. (-280-150-927) 23-1/2 Lbs/Hr is a bit more than the 18.6 Renix is made for.
I'd need more #'s. 280-155? or 280-150?
See the chart in the next post.
(I'm wanting 18.6, (or 19).

OK, what I thought. I'm going to edit out the above link. The 280-155-703 is 23 lbs/Hr at 3 bars. Ideal for 91 on and OK for Renix, but I'm thinking mine runs rich in "default" mode, cold, until it goes into "closed loop", and the puter' leans it down right. (I'll be selling 8, 703's after I see my replacements work better).

Got me. I DO love my 703's. Runs supper and got nearly 25 mpg on a 1000 mile highway trip a while back. 30-40% less on short trips seems a little extreme though. I DON'T have an OEM thermostat. Yea, I checked and it runs at 195*, but might get there faster with a different thermostat, which might matter plenty.
My idle got noticeably smoother with the 703s but I won't be able to get any real world mpg ratings because it is a mostly trail rig, its gets an occasional trip to town every now and then. Not sure what these other injectors are but I guess I'll stick them aside for a rainy day. Thanks for the help
