Question What is this? And Is it important?

Found this today....Dunno what it is...

When I found it, the hose was off...and its all corroded and doesn't look like anything flows.... help.
Its behind the Driver side Front Bumper....and Its suppose to be going vertical not horizontal

Couldnt quiet tell what it hooked to but it ran to the Passenger side and came up under the coolant and windshield fluid...but it wasnt hooked up to them...its weird.

The white on the left could be a filter. It has a wire to it and lots of screws holding it together. Maybe it's a pump a grower rigged up so he could drive into the water a little, fill up, then sneak off in the dark somewhere else to water his garden.

well when I found it the hose wasnt hooked up sooooo I'd assume its some Turkish thing...bought it from a turkish guy...I wish i knew what all happened in this thing.

Take er up to 85 mph and see what happens? Flux capacitor maybe??

Looks like a siren or a horn with a remote bell.

If it's not hooked up to anything, take it out and take it apart. Take pictures.

Try putting power into that wire and see what it does. Maybe it's a bomb?
