Another excellent degreaser is Simple Green, both the household use stuff and the stuff meant for vehicle. Dilute it to the proper concentration, and the stuff works amazing. Just make sure you wash it all off afterwards, like with any degreaser.

doing the oil pan and rear main are pretty easy just getting to second half of the rear main to move was the hard part for me good luckk

new rear main seal, new oil pan gasket, new oil, slam bam, thank you ma'am... NO MORE OIL LEAK!

wait, could it be my jeep is leaking oil just cuz its sweatin so much from the **ahem** "abuse" i give it offroadin?

Good to hear your rear main/oil pan gasket replacement went well and stopped your leakage. I recently did this as well, it wasn't all that bad actually. Only problem is that now I'm still leaking oil, and I also replaced the valve cover gasket at the same time! It's comin from the oil filter adapter now, lol. Maybe someday I'll have all these leaks fixed up... I'm sure as soon as I get it to stop leaking oil it'll start leaking ATF or something though, gotta love a Jeep, haha.

oil filter adaptor? hmmmm, i didnt think about checkin that... how hard would it be to replace a gasket on that?

I know the feeling. Had to replace my motor due to leaking oil and then it died. Now with new motor my tranny is leaking now. Its always something.
