my advise is: get the 4.56's i have them with the same size tire and i love them wish i would have gone 4.88's but thats beside the point haha, you notice a difference and prolly love it with 4.56's since you dont wheel much.

Greatly depends upon the style of your driving
not to further confuse you or sidestep the question, but YOU need to decide what type driving style will work for you, not us. What I mean is if you're wanting to do some mild wheeling...I'd go with the 4.10's for a little better gas mileage, mild drop off in the torque and pickup especially if its a daily driver.
For a little more technical or extreme wheeling, go with the 4.56 and look into lockers. If you bought a mud tire then you'll probably want to do a little more of this type offroading
you'll notice an up shift difference in the tranny right away with either choice( go thru the gears quicker...no more hard shifts and more off the line power)
hope this helps

4.10's will be like drive a 30" tire on the 3.55's not alot of pick up in the higher speed ranges but decent on gas on the freeway.
4.56's will put you the closest to stock
4.88's will increase you highway RPM's and drop gas mileage and produce more wear and tear. in the engine for high way driving, but will give you alot of torque when wheeling.
