What else to replace with timing chain?

What else to replace with timing chain?

Title says it all, I hit that notorious 230k miles... 3k miles ago... and my engine's starting to act up. Idles rough in the cold, and just started occasionally backfiring when I floor it under a load. (Which SUCKS with a cowl snorkel!). I've been wanting to do the chain anyways so this is my golden excuse lol.

Anyways, probably gonna end up stealing a bay at my job next week on my day off and throw a new chain kit in. Anything else I should go ahead and replace while I got it apart? Everything in the cooling system is only 2 years old, might get an upgraded alternator and replace the valve cover gasket. Front diff, Trans, and T/case fluid services. Maybe the exhaust manifold if I have time. OH And my amp and Subwoofer lol.

change out your harmonic balancer while your there. Inspect the gears on the timing set, as you may get away with replacing the chain only and use the same gears. Will not hurt a thing to use reuse the same gears(if not noticeably worn).
