everyone tells me i have a renix jeep,what is a renix jeep? I am new to jeeps.thanks

It is a reference to the engine control system. 90 and older models have a Renault/Bendix system, Renix for short, and the 91 and up models have a Chrysler engine control system.

x2 RENIX FTW!
Also, there are no "Check Engine Lights" or "Trouble Codes" since its pre-obd, everything can be tested with a simple multimeter. Renix is considered to be more advanced/reliable than the Chrysler system by many people.
