what does that mean

i have been looking at cherokees on craigslist for sale and saw a few that said (orvis) and i was just wondering what that ment?thank yall

It means if you are in the US that they are selling a GRAND Cherokee and not an XJ. The Orvis trimmed XJ's are in Europe only. The Grands were sold in an Orvis trim in the late 90's.

Not sure about Canada.
