Default What do I need for a 2.5 to I6 conversion?

Currently my 96 Jeep has the dinky 2.5 liter engine in it. I'm looking at upgrading to the inline 6. I have done a couple of motor swaps before on fords but they've all been to carbureted v8's. What will I need to change to get it running right? Will I need to change the manual transmission or rear axle?
This will be a tight budget build
Any suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Alright, will the transmission mate with the I6? Its the manual transmission. Will I need a different bell housing? straight sixs with manual transmissions are getting hard to find around here..
