yup, the ol' jingle can... i think that even if you can tell it was done by hand, its totally ok when its flat! it just adds to that "im awesome cause im flat black" look!

Ive painted a car with spray paint and a spray clear coat and it had almost no shine and not much of a clear coat type look if that makes since.. Just to warn you.

Well some spray clear coat doesn't work or just looks dumb. But I have a trigger handle that clips right on top of the can for a smoother spray as you go back and forth. And you get to feel like a pro for a couple minutes!!! Flatblack FTMFW

And I have to vote for OD tan. If I was going to cover up the crappy faded black paint off of my 98 Id probably paint it that color.

That RGreen is wicked.
Mine's white with black trim, no problems color matching in my monthly paint touch overs.
However, my wife really likes a Teal colored XJ.
When you paint, keep some of your color in sealed containers afterward for your future use.

thanks guys.. i was gonna go with a burnt orange color until i kept seeing a wrangler with this color at a car lot and changed plans and went with the rescue green... as for the code, i cant remember off hand but it is a 2008 jeep wangler color offered from the factory... mine is painted with single staged industrial paint which may make it look a lil different then the factory painted rescue green wranglers but that fine by me, it looks good and should be durable to boot..

i would love a nice burnt orange! that green is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooo nice! hahaha

Im not going to tell you cause i want my jeep to be the only one out there that color...Just go with what color you want, its a JEEP it will be bad @$$ any color you go. Just dont do a chick color like pink or something like that, or white.

I like the flat dark gray with black trim or Flat green with black trim
