I have bought a fairly straight 90 XJ to replace my old 93 that got trashed. My 93 is also posted below on it's side. We figured this to be easiest and safest way to pull the lift for the 90. There are a ton of vacuum lines and junk that I'm not a fan of on the 90. The motor is a 99 w/ 23K. What all can I get rid of? I don't want cruise control, but I'd like everything else to stay. I do have a newer dana 30 so the vacuum operated 4X4 engagement isn't needed.
I wanna make under the hood look as simple as possible. I know I need to put the air filter assy and motor mount bolt in (bought it unbolted
).
So... what can go in the trash? Simply block off what I get rid of?

Are you keeping the renix comp to run your motor? If so yes it needs it's vacuum controlled components. If you are changing the front vac disc then you can eliminate it's vacuum line. Remove your cruise and it's vacuum line but I would repair the rest, the computer needs some of them. Or take the comp and engine controls from the 93 and convert it to OBD 1 but that's some work and it can get indepth.
