I found two matching wire harnesses in my bumper while removing the plastic trim. Not sure what they are for. Fog lights maybe?

I'll be swapping out for a winch bumper soon. Just wondering what they are and if I can get rid of them

You said that you have 2 that are the same they will be for factory fog lights. You may also have one in the center of the bumper and that one will be for the ambient temp sensor for the overhead console read out.

 

That's kind of what I figured they were. When I bought the jeep it didn't come with fog lights.
