Having misfire issues and took my coil rail off and not familiar eith the logo.

That is a duralast sticker so it is from autozone. They do not make there own coils, they just put there name on a product that wells distributes. So as far as the manufacturer goes you will have to look for other part numbers on it.

Really I've never seen duralast just use a "D" before. The part # doesnt bring up anything

It is a Duralast (Wells) coil from AutoZone.
If you suspect it's going bad, bring it to a store. They might swap it out for you under warranty.
