I usually go with a Wagner Thermo-quiet. (or something along those lines) Very minmal brake dust, quiet, great stopping power, good price.

Make sure to either replace the rotors or take them to a shop to be put on a lathe. "Pad Slapping" is one of the most bone head moves one could do. Why ruin new pads, instead, insure a new, fresh contact surface. You'll get much more life out of your brakes, and save alot of headache down the line.
