What is this and where do I get it from...? It falls off because it is old and dry rotted.. Where do I get it from?

 

This is on the intake under the throttle body

 

Looks like a vacuum line. I would think any auto parts store should have that kind of stuff if you pull the rubber elbow off and take it in to compare. A small hose clamp might take care of it till you can find a replacement.
