And is this tube suppose to be cut?
the tube im holding is drawing air..lol i dont think its suppose to be cut but the cut is so clean that it made me question...??

 

Look at this pic. Your pic is too small and dark to really see what you are referring to, but I think it might be the vacuum tube to the cruise control servo, or the tube after the tee fitting that goes to the vacuum reservoir under the right front bumper cap.

dangit..yeah its that small tube that runs across the top...just called jeep and they said its discontinued...am i going to have to be prepare to ghetto rig half the stuff on this thing? ? Or do you guys know where i can get a new one?

 

If the rubber tee fitting and elbow are still there, you can get that tubing a O'Reilly auto parts. Maybe the fittings as well.

If not, try a junkyard. Those fittings and tube are the same over many years.
