Default well, this is new

got in my jeep, started up, turned the wheel all the way left and as i was coming out of the parking spot, the steering wheel was not straightening by itself. it just stayed turned all the way left. has anyone had this before? i think it might be the steering box. any ideas?

Could be alignment, steering gears, column, balljoints, linkage, or power steering fluid. Just go down the line and just check all fluids and even tire pressure

well alignment, you'd feel it on the road too, column makes a kick and slow response, so those are out. i didn't check the ps fluid. now the funny part is that it only did it once. as i got on the road it went away...

Had this problem on my last Jeep. It was the steering stabilizer.
