weird vacuum leak problem A/C

weird vacuum leak problem A/C
After reviewing many threads about a/c vacuum leaks couldn't find anything like the problem i have.
1) my cruise control is deleted (photo attached)
2) my canister is relocated (photo attached)
3) if i push the T fitting (where the 3 vacuum lines connects) under the firewall edge the a/c air blows from the dashboard vents normally but goes off on load. (photo attached)
4) if i release the T fitting over the firewall edge, air blows from the defrost only and doesn't go off on load (photo attached)
5) there is a white vacuum line loose dunno where should i plug it (photo attached)
