Weird starting issue
Tonight I went to watch firework on my way home my car started right up but waiting in line of cars I shut it off. It wouldn't start I would just get 1 click from the solinoid. I had my dad pull it with a strap to bump start it (5 speed manual) and went home. Now it starts right up I tried 3 times tonight no more problem? Should I still replace the starter ( narrowed it down to that ) or wait? What would make it be able to start right up again?
"narrowed it down to that"
You checked the battery cables, connectors and grounds then?
Starters often go intermittent before failing entirely. Sometimes whacking them with a hammer gets them to crank. You can try taking it to a parts store for testing but keep in mind that the tests they run often miss an intermittent starter unless it acts up while they're testing it.
If the battery, cables, connectors, grounds, etc are all in proper condition, and you got a click indicating the solenoid is operating, the starter itself is a fairly safe bet.

If all you get is a click from the solenoid it may mean that it is not getting enough voltage...make sure the battery is good, load test it, check all the battery cable connections at both ends...clean and tight...no corrosion...don't just do a visual inspection, take them apart and clean them up...make sure the cables are good...sometimes corrosion seeps under the cable insulation and destroys them. Do all of this before condemning the starter.

I also recommend going over all the connections. I had so much oil and road grime build up on the connections of my starter solenoid that it was doing the same thing yours is. Usually it would start just fine, but would give me trouble periodically until I cleaned it up.
