I'm using the 51515, Earl. I didn't know about the 51459. I'll have to look into that!

I don't remember the part number. It's been a couple of years. It's a Wix filter base, same thread. 3/4"-16.

http://www.wixfilters.com/Lookup/Par...x?Part=1863421

Any filter base that matches those specs will work. It's a common base.

And yes, while I don't recall the numbers now, I did research the flow rates for a the Ford E40D transmission I did it for. I'm pretty sure the AW4 has got to require less flow.

The radiator that you used is a copper brass radiator a two row that is about the same size as a one row aluminum radiator the core thickness is very important . the factory heavy duty cooling radiator was 1 1/2 inches thick , the radiator I used is Champion 2 row that is all aluminum and the core is 2 inches thick and on the days it was 100 or my engine still ran at the temp of my thermostat . it fits just like the oem radiator . it hold more coolant the the oem radiator and the hot restart vapor lock problem I had is gone . The radiator come with a life time warranty .
