Sometime last year, I was on my way home from work when the crap aftermarket tach I had running shorted my ignition control module. Motor cut out, started coasting around 35mph, and I wasn't quick enough to shift it up into N. Heard an odd splashing sound just as I was coming to a stop, got out and checked all over. No leaks, no cracks, nothing.
Now to the problem. Ever since then, after getting the module replaced and that tach yeeted into the nearest dumpster, it's had a weird intermittent jerking feeling whenever it's given some juice, and only when it's in 3rd or 4th gear.
Any ideas on what could be causing this would be much appreciated. I've changed plugs, new ICM and coil, new distributor. All fluids are at the correct levels, but it still persists.
