Weird Electrical Problem
So today I started my 1999 cherokee up and the airbag light came on, parking brake light (brake was off), radio turned off, clock turned off, turn signals wouldn't work, no windows would go down, ac blower wouldn't turn on, but my headlights/tails were working. I drove a second. turned it off. turned it back on and same thing. drove a little longer, turned off and on and then back to normal. Its been normal the rest of the day but I'm just confused about what happened and if theres something I need to look into so it doesn't happen again.

Go check all your grounds, clean them and tighten up.
( I think it's good messure to check your fuses and battery voltage for completeness when electrical issues occur)
Any work done on it lately?

The headlamp switch, instrument cluster, AC heater control (HVAC), and radio all share the same ground. The turn signals and windows share the same ground. The Airbag Control Module has it's own ground. All of these ground circuits are chassis grounds and need to find their way to the battery ground post.
I think the first thing you should do is check three chassis ground points in the engine bay for corrosion and security.
The photos below show the three grounds.
G100 is the main chassis to battery ground. The bonding strap on the firewall to engine block is an alternate ground path from the engine to the chassis, G101 is the main ground path from the battery to the engine.
Disassemble these grounds and clean the wire ring terminals to remove all traces of corrosion then reassemble them securely. You can use 3M #2 Scotch-Brite pads to scrub the ring terminals. Use sandpaper to get down to clean metal at G100 and the firewall.

Do this and see if it makes a difference.
