weird clunking over bumps after lift!
^^^^WORD^^^^^
I was thinkin the exact same thing. I just did my 4" lift last weekend and now after installing my teraflex disco's I get clunking over bumps as well but if I "disco" and drive it the clunks are gone

Forget the drop pitman arm idea. Unless you drop the trackbar, you don't need a drop pitman arm. Needing them at a certain height is nonsense.
Get someone to turn the steering wheel back and forth while you sit under the front end and watch all the joints, ball joints, arms, trackbars, etc for movement/play.

I got the same noise from my jks disco's. I might try some new bushings where they mount to the body. To see if that will tighten them up. So if you threw on quick disco's run it disconnected around the block and see if you got the same noise.

Good point, thats were I would start. A lift can compound a small problem you may have not noticed before it. That and its a simple task that doesn't cost too much time.
i followed a similar problem on my 97 for about a month. was under it several times with people turning the wheel. finally found out that my swaybar mount on the axle when turned or bumped was hitting the right coil spring. as you said, it was only on the right side. mine has a 4.5" r.e. lift. might be able to bend it out, but i just got used to it(i know... i'm lazy)haha. anyway, might check there. it wasn't the disconects, but the mount itself. good luck.

i do have the disconnects on the sway bar and thats what it thought it was at first so i disconnected them and the clunking is still there. so tomorrow i'll watch closely as someone turns the wheel and see what i catch. thanks guys!!
what kind of adjustable trackbar? does it have a nut on it to tighten when you are done adjusting it? I forgot to tighten that nut on my JKS t-bar and it clunked all day long.
