Pics would help like 1000%, but just off the cuff, wax/polish isn't going to improve that.

that my sunshine state bro, is clear delaminating from the base, a very common issue around here, on cars over 10yrs old, due to excessive exposure to sunlight, some cars look like burns victims

its bad news for a pimp job, as polishing will likely damage the clear (in those areas)..photos needed though, as per previous poster

its time-consuming to fix properly, as the clear coat, and base needs to be wet sanded back, usually for the entire panel, re-primed, base then clear (and 2pack paint should be used)

My mate who is a pro painter tells me he rarely does them, as the value of the car is not really worth it.

An XJ with good paint commands a higher price...this means they have been mainly garaged, as it also pours rain here, and near the sea, they rust from the top down

in your reply box toolbar, their is a bunch of icons, one is a paperclip, for links, another a smiley face..next to that is a "picture frame"..click on that, upload from yr device

the link method work for pic host sites etc
