Some tools and a little time, Its pretty easy and straight forward.

Disconnect hoses from water pump, Remove bolts, clean water pump mating surface ( block side) install new gasket ( or rtv ) install new water pump reinstall all hoses, fill and bleed the cooling system.

It might be a good time to flush out the system, put in a new thermostat, a new radiator cap (they are cheap) and check your hoses (summer is coming up and with all this global warming it might actually get warm during the summer time).
