Water pump
My water pump pulley is wobbling, but all the bolts are as tight as I can get them and though the engine runs, it make a ton of noise because of it. Does anyone know if this is a problem with the water pump or if it is just the pulley, and where to find a good pulley and/or water pump? I added more information in the replies.

It's most likely the pump. Have you noticed and coolant leaking from it? If it's the bearing on the shaft it will usually make a lot of noise. One way to check the bearing is to see if you can move the pump pulley side to side (with the engine off of course), but since you said it wobbles my money is on the bearing being shot. which means you will need to replace the water pump and you might as well replace the thermostat while your at it. Hopefully someone else will add their 2 cents as well.

"Need more info on your jeep. year, engine etc."
Ok. I have a 1993 jeep Cherokee country with the 4 liter inline 6 cylinder engine. I just bought it for $400 from a man who took good care of it but lent it to his grandson who trashed it. I replaced the serpentine belt and idle pulley and because they were torn and broken but the water pump pulley is wobbly and loose. I have verified that all the bolts are tight and nothing changed, causing me to wonder if I should replace the pulley or the whole pump. I have also noticed either water or coolant leaking out of the engine, though I'm not sure which it is. It has lots of cosmetic damage but the engine seems to run well other than this problem.

Sounds like the bearing is trashed.
I used a "Tough One" branded unit from Advance Auto Parts as preventative maintenance, and it has been just fine for the past 2 years. I got it for some ridiculous price with a few stacked coupons (I think it was around $25 or something like that).
A Mopar unit would probably be better, and is not that expensive really;
