Default Water coming through door panel

I have looked, maybe not far enough, but I am having a door leak issue. Water is coming into the passenger side into the front floorboard. I have new door weather seal and new window belt molding on the passenger front door. I have tried gluing the inner membrane between the panel and door but maybe the glue didn’t take.

It seems the water is coming into the door between the glass and belt molding ( why I replaced it). I just can’t get the water to stop coming in. I have new carpet I want to install but obviously I don’t want it to get wet. Any suggestions?

All 3 drain holes seem to be free and clear. One of my kids is a mechanic and is just as baffled as I am as to how water is getting between the panel and the door. I ran water on the door with the panel and internal membrane/barrier off and you can see water pouring into the door.

There is a vertical dent in the door about a quarter of the way back from the hinge side where I slid into something on ice a few years ago. The dent isn’t deep but I am starting to wonder if it widened the gap where the window goes into the door allowing too much water to flow past the belt trim.

Are you positive it's just water?
Any coolant smell?
When the heater core leaks, it leaks unto the passenger side footwell.
Just a thought??

I definitely appreciate the thought. It is definitely water. I can see it dripping from in between the door panel and door. It will then pool on the me weatherstripping I installed and spill over into the passenger floorboard. It is a stupid situation and very frustrating. I need to put my new carpet in and finish putting my Jeep back together.
