Default washer fluid pump

Hey all, Have a 1994 Cherokee Sport that washer fluid quit spraying out. When pushing the washer fluid button on steering column the wipers move but no fluid comes out. I have read the other threads on this subject and tried several things as listed below. Any thoughts on a next step here?
*removed tank and old washer pump
* blew air into lines to make sure they weren't clogged
*tested power to pump leads, got 12 volts to leads
* tested fuse under dash, it's working.
After doing all of this I installed a new pump purchased at autozone. with new pump installed (using wire harness adapter included) tested power with harness attached, tested good. plugged in new pump and tried washer fluid button on column, NOTHING happened. Wipers did not move, which without the new pump installed they did move. Then tested the leads on the new pump when pressing switch. Nothing happened, no power to the leads on the pump. Figured pump was bad so i took it back to AZ and got a new one. Had same results with a new pump. Not sure where to go from here? Thoughts anyone?

have you checked the relay? It should be underhood on the drivers side.

"using wire harness adapter included"

What is this exactly? Did it cause the fuse to blow?

Default Washer Fluid Pump

No the fuse did not blow, I am only aware of one fuse/ relay under the dash, and it let current flow through when tested with autozone tester. It is a 5 amp or something like that can't remember exactly.

The wipers will wipe (with no fluid) when the old pump or no pump are installed, when the new pump is installed, wipers will not wipe and no fluid? tried two different new pumps?

Thanks

Sounds like a connection and/or ground issue.
