Wanting to Lock Rear End (Axle Question)
I have a 1996 Cherokee Country. It has the Chrysler 8.25 rear end but i know that with early 1996's they were 27-spindal and later 1996's were 29 spinal. Is there any way to find out without opening differential and counting? I don't want to open, count, then order part, then add locker.
I'd prefer to order the part and only open up rear diff once. I plan on adding a Spartan rear locker when doing it. I've requested and received my build sheet which states that it's a corporate rear end 8.25 Feel free to ask any other questions that i can answer. |
you have to pull the shafts and count the splines

Order both and return the loser.
